The Wellbridge Team along with our Affiliate Partners represent senior finance and operational executives from: General Electric, Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems and other leading multinational corporations. We recognize the challenges inherent in today’s business environment and are poised to support management of invested companies to overcome challenges and create ongoing value.

Management:

John Baran - Managing Director responsible for the ADG investment of Wellbridge Partners. John serves on the board of directors of Steward Advanced Materials and works closely with management on various growth initiates. John has over 40 years of experience in the ADG Industry with four major corporations: GE, Martin Marietta, Lockheed Martin and BAE.

Lee Galtman - Managing Director responsible for the Transactions and Analytics Group. Lee has over 25 years of M&A and corporate finance experience as a lender, investment banker and as a principal investor. He has evaluated thousands of transactions and structured, negotiated and closed numerous lower middle market transactions ranging from $10 million to $300 million.

John Townsend – Controller & Compliance Officer responsible for the financial operations of Wellbridge. John is a seasoned senior-level business executive with an extensive background in financial operational responsibilities and disciplines. John has more than 40 years’ combined experience working as a project manager, director, and CFO for GE, Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin.

John Vogel - General Counsel responsible for the legal affairs of Wellbridge. John has decades of experience at GE and Lockheed Martin. While at GE, John developed the DoD voluntary disclosure program and the GE Aerospace policy to comply with the DoD program. He became the senior advisor to GE’s Corporate and Aerospace audit groups.

Our Affiliate Partners are subject matter experts in various operational areas and industries. Affiliate Partners add decades of industry experience and have worked alongside and/or are well known to Wellbridge principals. Wellbridge’s Affiliate Partners posses relevant experience in various industries: ADG Industrials - Packaging, Sustainability/Environmental, Materials, Specialty Chemicals, Business Services, Financial, Consumer Products and Health Care.
